The LincWay Workspace provides private office space for small businesses, remote workers, and professionals. Included in the lease is 24/7 secure access to a private office with shared kitchenette, conference room, and comfortable seating area. Office spaces can be rented by the month, with discounted monthly rate for individuals committing to 6 months or more.
The price per month will be as follows (see floor plan below for square footage and dimensions): Smaller offices (6 small) – $475 month to month or $450 with 6 months or more commitment. Larger offices (2 larger) – $500 month to month or $475 with a 6 month or more commitment.
